Hi there! Thanks for reaching out.
Figuring out your specialization / goal is a tough question, but I would consider two primary factors...
1) your past experience and what it most easily transfers to. For example, is there a particular industry you've focused most on? Or would something in the supply chain / operations function make sense given your exposure to distribution and warehouse management? Or do you want to stay more on the IT side and advance to a management role within IT or higher-level technical consulting? These are just initial options I can think of.
2) your passions and interests. For example, is there an industry or type of client you love working with? Have you always had a passion for a particular area or field?
Those are the sorts of questions I would be asking yourself. You might also want to take a look at our free MBA career primers which give more details on typical post-MBA careers (

As far as your profile...your GPA is strong, your work leadership and client exposure sounds good (any international experience? promotions? anything else that might differentiate your technical experience? if so, highlight those too), your extracurricular involvement seems strong too. Your GMAT is solid but going to put you on the lower end of your applicant pool for top programs. I would focus outside the top 15 (I'm referring to US b-schools), where your score is close to (or ideally above) the school's average.
Hope this helps, and good luck!
