Hi,
So I've been preparing for GMAT for last 3 months. I have already studied every topic and practiced tons of time. But I'm struggling on quant section, like really bad(Q36 GMATprep mock test). What do I do to improve my score. I feel like I've through all the basics that need to be studied. I used ManhattanPrep strategy guides and revised 3 times already. I know the concepts, but I lack the application skills. Please help. Thank you.
Hello
shantanugawareBased on your wording, I remember my journey going through same situation, quite blank road to hitting bullseye, I have improved myself from Q21 to Q44
My feedback is, hopefully it should help you too in this...
1. Wall reading practice
(Mention all formulae / quick note on peice of paper and stick it to a wall, try to momeorise, those section which are important, for me it Was Geometry and Number property)
2. Check exactly in which section your performance is dropping? Practise those as much as possible for seven days and check your result again.
3. Total 31 questions will appear in Quants, so it not necessary to cover all sections 100%, which means, make your best best and worst which will help you to solve atleast 500-600 worth problem.
4. Follow Quants experts in this Glub, some have unique style to solve AFAP apart from conventional methods.
5. Try to memorize principles, not the solution methods.
For Quants improvement, I have used GMAT club Quants pdf,
OG both and timer improvement through GMAT club problem solving and
Error logHope, it might help you in your journey ahead
Regards And happy learning
