Hi. Sorry about the Youtube automated system. It sometimes has issues. My recommendation is:

1. Logout of youtube and log back in. (sometimes people have multiple google accounts, so ideally, open an incognito window, login with the youtube login and then try the system). You should get access right away.

2. If still does not work, you can take a screenshot of GMAT Club's YouTube page indicating that you have subscribed and email it to support@gmatclub.com. It will take 2 business days to process.
