I go with C.
I always prefer the infinitive form. Also, in C 'it' has no problem. OA?

I think it's B
B uses the correct idiom not only X but also Y
now in this format X and Y should be parallel
here "will meet" is parallel with "will have"(second will is implied )

A is incorrect because it uses "has"
C is incorrect it breaks the parallelism in the X and Y format by introducing "it"
D & E uses wrong idiom "and also"

IMO B

not only .... but also is the idiom

will not only meet but (will) also have the ...

Computer software is indeed singular, but its the use of future tense "will have" because of which "have" is used.
Please correct me guys if I'm wrong.

Exactly, I never thought computer software can be plural ! That is why I chose C. But as people mentioned correctly, we should not break the idiom. Then B is the only choice left.

However, I just googled a bit..and found that software is an uncountable noun..it can be singular or plural.
