IMO C

A. From the give data we cannot say anything about households with annual income > 80,000
B. Not necessary it may be possible that in Merton County there is no one with annual income > 60,000 where as some other county may have.
C. Hold
D. This talks about number but we are give percentages so we cannot deduce this.
E. Not possible to deduce this from the given data.

But how can we reach the conclusion of ''Some households in Merton County have
an annual income between \$40,000 and i \$60,000''. Anything not mentioned in the paragraph about that. Just from the answer choices?
