Can someone please explain why the answer can't be E?

Thanks in advance.
Hi helipatel91198,

A good way to understand this would be to ask yourself- Do I really need future continuous tense when the same information can be stated in simple future tense?

See these examples to understand the difference between Simple future tense and Future continuous-
    I will clean my house.
I will be cleaning my house.

Now see these two examples to judge for yourself which tense would be a better fit here-
Meteorologists predict that it will rain tomorrow.
Meteorologists predict that it will be raining tomorrow.
I will let you be the judge now.

Hope it helps.

For E to be correct you would need an conjunction in between the two sentences as presence of be as a verb makes it an independent clause
