Options C, D, E - This is an incorrect usage of the word 'which'. The word 'which' refers to the previous noun/noun idea and makes it the subject of the upcoming clause. If this is the case, it makes the pronoun 'it' incorrect, since the word 'which' should be followed by the action of the clause. OUT
Option A - The usage of 'as' indicates that the verb before and verb after are the same or incredibly similar. The real toss up is between 'been' and 'done'. For this, it is important to remember that verbs can indicate both actions as well as states of being. Since the same action has taken place before and after, it is incorrect to use "has been" here. OUT
This leaves us with the right answer, B.
