GMAT CLUB Official Explanation:
A. After the phrase “chances of” two parallel nouns are required. The parts “success” and “to get” are not parallel - the gerund “getting” is required instead of the infinitive “to get”.
After the verb “is considering” a gerund form is required - hence the gerund “investing”, not the infinitive “to invest”, is the correct form.
B. The relative pronoun “whose” refers to the noun “BioXtech”, implying wrongly that BioXtech, and not its products, has high chances of success in clinical trials and eventually getting commercialized.
The antecedent of the relative pronoun “which” is not clear.
C. After the phrase “chances of” two parallel nouns are required. The parts “success” and “to get” are not parallel - the gerund “getting” is required instead of the infinitive “to get”.
The antecedents of the pronoun “which” is “products”, distorting the original meaning. According to the original sentence, our company is considering investing in BioXtech, not in its products.

I honestly dislike the questions that make you figure out the whole thing. This is one of them.
Option A seems right prima facie, however, I do have a bit of a problem with "chances of success in clinical trials and eventually to get commercialized are very high". This isn't parallel. Chances of: a) success, b) to get commercialized. If it were 'getting commercialized, that would make a whole lot of sense. And this is why I kicked option A to the curb.
Option B misplaces the 'whose' modifier. The modifier is supposed to modify the products, not the company
Option C makes it seem that 'our company' is planning on investing in the products by forcing parallelism between the two comma + which modifiers.
Option D makes sense. It's in line with what we wanted while eliminating option A.
Option E is again not correct because of the incorrect placement of the 'in which' modifier.
Hence, my money (points?) is on option D.
