Thank you for sharing and congrats on the strong GMAT score! Now it will come down to crafting the right story to show learnings from your role in investment banking and how these learnings will help accomplish your goals.
Your application should communicate attainable short-term goals and a logical career pathway to your long-term goals. However, this is not to say these goals cannot also be ambitious. Try doing some research to figure out what positions are realistic for you. If you are not certain that you want to return to your current employer to support the firm's growth, you can begin by looking at other career postings from companies in your target industry. This will give you a good idea of what role you might be qualified for immediately post-MBA and will allow you to specifically note which position you hope to secure after school.
With your attainable role as a launching point, set out an ambitious path and long-term goal for yourself. This long-term goal is your opportunity to dream big and show how you will drive change in your future industry. It should flow logically (though not necessarily obviously) from your short-term goals.
When articulating your goals, your career path should make sense to the reader and allow you to leverage the skills you will develop during your MBA and throughout your early post-MBA career. Ultimately, one of the most important things to remember is that your goals should be YOUR goals. Candidates can lose credibility by changing their goals to please the audience and it will likely be difficult for you to articulate true passion if returning to your existing firm is not your genuine aspiration.

Attended executive education at SMU, Singapore, Erasmus University, Rotterdam and University of Denver.
Ongoing micromasters in supply chain from MITx
Workex: 6 years total
5 years with a logistics MNC in their global leadership cadre and a global cohort of 40. International workex of 2+ years and Leadership exp of 1+ years. Top 5 percentile of South Asia business unit consistently.
Side hustle of starting a dance school along with my spouse.
Volunteering experience with 6 NGOs with leadership experience in 2.
What are my chances for Insead/Cornell/Fuqua/Kellogg?

As competition increases and acceptance rates fall, candidates across the board are applying to an increasing number of programs. On average, candidates are applying to 5-8 schools, with many are in the 6+ range.
How many times have you sat for the GMAT? While naturally this varies from school to school, it is becoming less common to see students earn admission to top 10-20 schools with a GMAT score below 700. Given that you scored a 700, you may want to consider maximizing your score. Since you come from a competitive candidate pool as an Indian applicant, differentiating yourself with a strong GRE/GMAT score will be even more important.
From what you have shared, your work experience and extracurriculars sound strong. The side hustle adds another interesting element to your profile as well!
What are your post-MBA goals? These will be important to help show what makes you unique and how you will leave your distinct mark. Feel free to send a note to [email protected] to further discuss your target schools and application strategy.
