-3 years experience (upon desired 2014 matriculation) consumer packaged goods marketing at very reputable company's Toronto office, lots of responsibility/varied roles even though it is a shorter than average experience
-GMAT: 690 (stronger verbal, weaker quant), GPA: 3.67
-undergraduate degree: bachelor of commerce, was heavily involved in volunteer extra curriculars during undergrad
-future job desired: marketing in entertainment industry

Also invited to interview (submitted R2 on the 7th)!

For those who are still waiting for an invite from R1, don't give up yet! Here are the interview slots that I'm able to see - it explicitly says week 3 to 5. On-campus and off-campus both have more than 100 time slots, less than 25% have been taken for each.

I got that e-mail as well earlier. I submitted mine close to the deadline. It sounds like a generic email to all applicants.

I received a different automated email when I submitted my app on Jan 7. Looks like in your case they have reviewed and consider your application complete (nothing outstanding), and will proceed to review further.

Just registered for this website. I applied on the 6th and received an invite BEFORE I received the generic email thanking me for applying. Really hoping I get in. Chose to apply to Harvard, Stanford, Haas and Booth last year and didn't get in to any of them.

760 GMAT, 3.92 GPA, 33 months consulting, 1.25 year employment gap.
