Hello, i'm an international student and planning to apply Anderson in R3. Wondering if anyone on the same boat? Also, curious if anybody knows the admission rate for R3?

Hello,
I have decided to apply R3 because I do think the chances don't vary as much at this stage for schools that offer rolling admissions, which Anderson does. For your information, I also applied Johnson round 3 and got an invitation there, which indicates that the fit still trumps R3 odds at some schools.

Thanks buddy, I just paid a campus visit to UCLA last week and sit-in couple classes and TED talk. The overall experience was quite good. I'm going to submit my application this week to meet R3 deadline. So best luck to both of us. Finger crossed!!

Congratulations! I'm curious - did you send anything to the wait list manager since April 2?

Thank you! I didn't send any additional documents for their consideration since April 2nd, but you might want to email them and hopefully they'll get back with some info. Good luck!

Round 2 admits need to submit their non-refundable deposits by April 28th. I'm guessing most interview invites for Round 3 applicants would be out by then, so there may be some movement on the waitlist around that time.

3rd round applicant here. I just got an interview invite! That was fast. I did turn my application in early though, so maybe they looked at it before the deadline.

I'm doing a Skype interview. There really wasn't a whole lot of time to make arrangements, and I already did a campus visit so I figured Skype would be fine.
Just received the invite to interview. I was about to go to bed, but that is now out the window. Extremely happy. Now I have to figure out when I can get out to LA. Congrats to all those who have received invites.
This window to interview is very tight and falls at a difficult time to travel for me. I am in the US but all the way on the east coast. Is it heavily frowned upon to interview via Skype for Anderson? I am really trying to get out there to interview in person but it is going to be very very hard. I know some schools view you as less serious if you don't travel out there and I don't want to be perceived as such. Plus I would love to be considered for whatever little funding may be left. If you have any insights I would appreciate feedback.

There isn't any weight placed on interviewing on-campus or Skype, just rock the interview and you will be good
