Received my invite at 5:04 PM EST.

I've always held a fondness for NYU, and I enjoyed my visit in December, so I am really looking forward to this. Class visit, lunch, and interview on 3/2.

Received mine at the same time, and I share the same sentiment about NYU. I'm going to be in NY at the end of March anyway, so scheduled the interview/lunch/class visit for then. Can anyone think of any downside to interviewing then vs. earlier in March?

Missing GMAT results:

When I log in into the status check, it shows a small tabel in which it tells me that my official GMAT has not been received yet. Frankly, I find that a bit odd since I ordered the reports to be sent more than a month ago. However, it makes me wonder if I should contact the admission staff to double check if there is anything I can do.

Has anybody experience on that? Would that be helpful or rather a nuisance? What would be the best way to contact them?
Thanks for any help.

Stay on them and send an email following up to [email protected]

I had the same issue and after 3 weeks of calling/emailing the status finally changed online. I was also getting mixed feedback from teh admissions office on if your application would be reviewed until the information is received.

I submitted my application 1/15/14 and I got the email with the status check password on 1/30. I one of my letters of recommendation was received a little bit after 1/15, but no more than a few days. I still have not heard anything about interviews. Also, although I sent my official GMAT score reports last month it is still showing Received "No" in the little box. Do you think this is holding up review of my application? Has anyone else submitted 1/15 and not heard back? I hope I hear soon.

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you're in.

Although my status application page doesn't say anything is missing in my application. I hope to get an invite from Stern soon.

Cool. So you submitted 1/15. Do you remember when the status check email came for you? Also, when you log in for your Official GMAT score under "Received" is it showing "Yes"? Do you remember when you sent the official GMAT score to Stern?

Sorry for so many questions but I am an international applicant and it is the only program I haven't heard back from yet. Given that the interview has to be in New York and I am on a tight deadline to complete my other interviews (Stanford and Wharton) I really hope to hear back soon!

I submitted 1/14. I got the status check email 1/17.

I took the GMAT in late December and included Stern in the schools to send my score to. On the GMAC website it says under Stern: Requested 1/21 - Reported 1/24.

Goodjob on landing interviews for Wharton and GSB. Best of luck to you!

Submitted my application on 13th Jan and received the password on 21st Jan. Nothing out of the ordinary appearing on my status check page. Anyone else still waiting for their result? Does this mean it's a ding?

I'm in the same boat as you're in. I've heard Stern interviews until late though. So there still may be a chance.

Same here, submitted on 14th Jan and received my password on 20 Jan. Makes me think there is not much of a pattern to decode here. Also a poster reported receiving an invite yesterday (Tue 2/17). So doesn't harm to stay positive. :)

I waited >1.5 months to hear back, so I think it may still take some time until you hear back from Stern.

I also applied on deadline day. I will not really start worrying until 3/6 or so.

I love how people are going mad at this point, myself included. No I don't think it is a negative signal. They are probably super busy this time of year. Don't sweat it. I say this as I grind the enamel off my teeth and bite my nails to nothing while awaiting the future.

Thanks. Just because I didn't receive the response. I felt that perhaps the interviewer was not interested in me so she didn't even want to reply to me...
