If it wasn't mentioned in the call and there isn't a supplementary letter in your admissions letter on the Anderson admission site, then likely there isn't one.
All is not lost however; if you contact Financial Aid in a timely manner and make a good case for yourself (or if you have another offer with $), they may be able to nominate your for other fellowships. It's not guaranteed, but I was able to do so after R1.

Seeing all the round 2 admits, specially from India i had a question, is it all done or we should still be hopeful till the result date on 29th ?

Interviewed on 2/10 and haven't heard anything since then...international applicant in Asia..
