I think you have an excellent profile. You should have a competitive application to the schools you are interested in. You need to do some work to streamline your story - in other words, I would like to know why you did what you did when you did it, and how it ties up with your grand plan. At least with respect to top schools, it is your motivation and passion for make a difference that matters, and the better you are able to communicate this emotion, the stronger your application.
