I've scheduled my interview on Jan 18th. Do they ask separate questions to each applicant or do they have a standard format for questions?
Thanks.

They ask behavioral questions; Are from a similar pool, but cannot be the same for each.
If you have never had Behavioral interviews earlier, you need time and multiple mock-sessions to practice.

Feel free to connect with us for Mock-Interview Sessions.

Wanted to give some data points on the interview with Tepper that I had this morning.
Hopefully, this is helpful to anyone interviewing in the coming weeks. They asked mostly behavioral questions.
I've paraphrased most of these to give an idea of what was asked

An introduction that this is a blind interview, interviewer only had my resume.
1. Walk me through your resume
2. Why do you want an MBA?
3. Why do you want to attend Tepper?
4. What are your goals and what is your Plan B?
5. Tell me about a time where you had to make an unpopular decision
6. Tell me about a time a project or task didn't come to fruition. If you were to do it again, are there things you could have done differently to change the outcome?
7. Tell me about a time your actions had an unintended effect on someone else or another team
8. Is there anything that you have learned whether personal or professional in the past 3-5 years.
9. Tepper has a diverse culture. Have you had any experience working with someone with a different background or came from a different culture.
10. Questions for the interviewer

Submitted my application on 3rd Jan and got a reply from the admissions team about my degree.

They mentioned that it only has the year of graduation & conferment date and that they require the month and year of graduation to be shown together on the degree. My official transcript mentions the term of graduation though.

They've given me till 24 Jan to upload the updated degree - I emailed Dana from the admissions team to ask if a letter from university stating my exact month of graduation would suffice (as it's unlikely that the university will amend the degree now), got an auto-reply so wondering if I should wait for an official reply.

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Interview received on 5th Jan. Dates available were Monday, Tuesday and Thursday all the way until 17th Feb.(As of 7th Jan)

All the slots were filled up very quickly (in 2-3 days). Each day I would average ~7 slots (really not sure as I did not check the number of slots in each day)... So doing the math around 42-50 people invited for an interview?

I am quite sure there should be a second wave (my opinion); The interview invite was only 1-2 days after the deadline date; unless they use standard caveat rules to invite for the interview (Ie CAP/GMAT score)... in which case there could be some whose scores were not received by the deadline?

Just logged in to see: There are new slots opened up from 20th to 27th Feb.

All the best!

(PS: My interview is on 8th Feb. Will update after on what they are asking)

Thanks for the detailed answer!

Yeah, according to last years thread, there must be one more wave of invites. Probably, the second wave of invitees will have their interview between 20th Feb to 27th Feb

Will look forward to your interview experience after 8th feb. All the best!
