I submitted the application form before 22nd, but my recommenders are yet to send/submit the letters. can anyone tell me about the dates by when they need to submit?
Recommendations too had to be submitted by 22nd Oct. You should mail to pgpex office to explain your situation and check if they can entertain your application.

Thanks for the quick response. I didn't find it mentioned anywhere in the online application form until the point of submission. Was there a separate communication regarding this? :(

I got a mail. I've been shortlisted. Based on convenience a skype interview will be scheduled between Nov 11 - 13 (Im not based in India right now)
They've asked me to send my phone number, skype ID and time difference between my current zone and India.
Final date and time will be communicated via another email at a later date.

The official GMAT website through which you registered for your exam. From there you can download a copy of your results. It says "Official score report - test taker's copy"
I am assuming this is the one. Please correct me if my understanding is mistaken.

I dont have my application form already with me. How can we obtain that now because I could not download the same from the website. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you mail PGPEX office, they will provide hard copy of your application to your interview panel. However, they will not provide you pdf of your application.

That is correct, I called the IIMC office and I was told to send a mail to PPGPEX mail ID and request them to give a copy to interviewer's. They cannot give the copy of application form to us now. I have sent the mail.

Had my interview over skype earlier today. Went really well. It lasted for barely 8-9 mins though, so I am a little worried. But an IIM alum who was on the interview panel in Bangalore told me that quick interviews usually mean they have decided you're either extremely good or extremely bad really quick :D Hoping for the best! fingers crossed hehe
