I am waiting to hear back from them, but I understand that they sometime give feedback in 1 day sometime 14 days...
I am excited and anxious.

Submitted 8/9 (August 2020 ED) and have not heard back yet at all - anyone in a similar position? Thought decisions around this time take max 4 weeks. The Status section of my application also just says "Submitted" - is it supposed to say complete or something?

Sure - I got an interview invite ~3 weeks after my submission. Took me a week to hear back after my interview. Happy to report that I was accepted this morning!

In years past we've seen the timelines stretch a bit as we start getting closer to the Oct 4 ED deadline, so just keep that in mind. Those who applied earlier in the summer likely experienced shorter total turnarounds than anyone who's submitting now through Oct 4 when they're getting more slammed with applications.

Timeline:
Submitted (LOR arrived earlier): August 8
Interview invite: August 30
Interview: September 6
Interview feedback: September 7
Admission decision: September 11

Profile:
Basics: 31, male, Eastern European
GMAT: 730
Education: Finance BA, Psychology BA, Psychology MA, CFA level 3 candidate (I became a charterholder post submission).
GPA: 4.04/5 (quite low...)
Professional background: Private Equity 2.5 years, Investment Banking 3.5 years (no international brands)
Extracurricular: interview with one CBS professor, BCG Strategy cup winner, university debate club founder and president
Story: Strong personal background in media, strong professional background in finance, I want to connect these two and start my own stuff.

I am so extremely excited!!!
