I have previously read that regarding scholarships, Cambridge's position is: "When we contact you to invite you for interview, you will be sent the details of how to access the scholarship application portal and how to submit your video application for the relevant scholarship."
Has anyone who has applied for scholarship(s) also not received any link or instructions to submit a video application for the scholarship?
I'm applying to the second round as i missed the first round's deadline. I'm in the process of connecting with my supervisor for recommendations. As his job requires him to travel often, would he need to provide a phone contact for Cambridge admission office and would he be contacted via phone calls? Just want to prepare him of what's coming his way.
Please let me know if anyone has experience in similar situation. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Hi guys, with regards to the reference, does it have to come from a current supervisor? Could I ask my supervisor from the last job? He's happy to write me the reference, but since both of us have since left the company, I'm not sure if it's appropriate. He was my supervisor for 18 months. Thank you!

My recommender is my ex-boss. And I got the interview invite (R1). I don’t think it’s a must to ask from the current supervisor.

Last week I got an email asking for which scholarships I would like to apply.
Congratulations to all who got the interview invites. You can find some of the latest Cambridge interview experiences in the following link. I also request anyone who is already done with their interview to submit their interview experience using the same link.
I had my Skype interview yesterday. My interviewing faculty was sort of serious and maintained the same facial expression throughout. He also stuck to his fixed questions . I answered those questions but i am unable to gauge how the interview went. Anybody with similar experience?
Very unlikely to be a reflection on you - not hard to imagine this happening at Cambridge. It would probably seem biased to them, to give you lots of positive reinforcement and switch up the questions. Would not take this as a negative.
