Solution

To find
We need to determine
• The value of the given expression

Approach and Working out
$$\frac{{a^6 b^4}}{{a^4 b^6}} = \frac{a^2}{b^2}$$
• Hence, square-root of $$\frac{a^2}{b^2} = \frac{|a|}{|b|}$$

Also, $$\frac{28}{36} = \frac{7}{9}$$
• Hence, square-root of $$\frac{7}{9} = \frac{√7}{3}$$
• Therefore, the value of the given expression = $$\frac{√7 * |a|}{3 * |b|}$$

Thus, option C is the correct answer.
