Cheer up guys. You've survived a pandemic this year!!!
That'll be the only thing you will tell people about 2020 and not missing out on ISB.

Didn't understand the basis of this conclusion. Any admits received or rejections received? Or is it the people waiting for interview invites assuming that it's over?

ISB must be waiting to get the final count of candidates who locked in their admits with the deposit. Since the due date for acceptance was Dec 17th for many of the folks, we can probably expect admits after the 17th. Personally, it is scary to even assume that further admits could be based on leftover seats.

I think it was 13th December for majority of the admits announced until now.

Why exactly?
(Unless you mean the wait for interview invites, then yeah, unlikely)

I agree with the thought that the prospective admits would be limited and here’s why I think that :

Deferred admissions from last year are 250 (as per one of the earlier posts on GMATClub)

So this year we have 650 seats left. With 20% of class of YLP and EEO admits from 2019 joining in 2021 we have around 180 candidates joining next year. So we are looking at around 470 seats split across 2 rounds.

Let’s say approx 50% of the admits are reported on Gmatclub and 92 admits are currently reported, that means ISB has rolled out 184-200 admits.

And let’s say there are equal number of seats available ie 235 each round. There are around 35 admits left roughly. And these would be of the candidates whose interviews are in progress or have already happened.

So ideally for me I would say no hopes.

I believe that admits remaining are the ones who will be awarded scholarships for R1.
