I know that R3 interview invites have been rolling out but what about rejections? Are rejections rolling or do all rejected applicants find out at the same time?

April 1 is the notification deadline for R3 so they will notify everyone who is not invited as Waitlisted/Rejected by that date. I was checking previous rounds and they can reject any time before deadline
