My interview was quite conversational. Below was the flow: Introduction > Why MBA > Why Canada > Post MBA goals > Which other B-schools are you applying to > Rotman vs Smith debate > Behavioral questions (1) Describe a situation when you led a team (2) Examples of your team experience (3) Describe a situation when you had a conflict at work and how did you resolve > Any questions that you have for the adcom The interview was taken by 2 people - one from the Admissions Committee and one from the career services team. The duration can vary from 45 - 60 mins. For me, it lasted for 60 minutes.
