For now, I chose LBS. I am on the waitlist for Kellogg and Berkeley, so if I manage to get off of it then will go to one of those two, but it's very unlikely given I am an international student.

I’m also an R3 applicant. My interviewer did not mention rolling admissions. I know for R1 and R2 all decisions were released on or 1 day before the decision date. I interviewed on 4/21 and have not heard from admissions since then. Please update if you hear anything!
