I am not too sure where Fatmike got the info. I am a reapplicant - I got my interview invite on 10/16/20 (Friday through Booth website) and got my rejection on 12/03/20 (Booth website)

Last year - Booth did not mention rolling interview invitation tho

Last year was an anomaly with interview invites being released on a single day. In the previous years, it’s been rolling for a one week period.

A little confused on how you phrased the question, but hopefully I can provide some clarification.

After painstaking research over the years, it became a trend that Booth released interview invites during a week long period. They start on a Monday or the day after if it’s a holiday. On Friday, they release everyone who did not get an invite during the week. Last year was an anomaly because they just released interview invites and denials all on the same day. This year, it appears they’re going back to what they’ve done in the past. So I would anticipate invites starting to go out tomorrow or next Monday.

What has changed is that they’re going to go away with calling people the day before all decisions are released in December. Booth has historically called all admitted students the day before to let them know they got accepted. This year from admissions- they will not be calling students in advance. The portal will update for everyone at once on December 2. After the portal notification, admitted students will likely received a congratulatory call depending on timezone.

Is it safe to assume that the interview invites will come out only next Monday now? 😅

Last year it went out on Friday 16th October around midnight Indian time, so I would say today is actually quite possible
