guys, how are you coming with the word counts ? I have 950 for professional and 800 for personal. Should I reduce ?

690 for professional, 998 for personal. Word count is one thing, but flow and cohesion is another. A 1000-word essay can read very quickly if its written well and the story flows quickly, just as much as a 400-word essay can be a chore to read if there's no real narrative behind it.
