I got a mail from Tepper Adcom yesterday stating that my GMAT score is not received but I have already sent the score on 27 Spet 2021. Did anybody else had the same issue? I have mailed the GMAT team about it. Should I upload a copy of my test score in my application?

Upload the scorecard of gmat in the portal and i guess if the gmat was online gmat exam - then try and send the score to them again (with no additional cost). Also tepper or anyofher school will require your official test scores to be sent after admission acceptance. Till then unofficial scorecard should be enough. Hey, no. A slight disconnect here. Tepper explicitly asked that the scores be sent to them while applying itself, unlike other schools that need it post acceptance as you mentioned.
