Indian here, Do I compulsorily need a English proficiency test score before submission even though my Undergrad medium was English ?

No need to take it before submitting the application -- can do it afterwards as well. But English proficiency test is compulsory for Indians (UCLA uni guidelines).

In an application, it says "Unofficial self-reported scores are needed for initial application review, but official scores are needed to admit candidates." does it mean we do not need to send an official test score until we are admitted?
