I echo the sentiments above, and I find it criminal that a test-taker still gets the runaround—i.e. talk to someone else, not us—when these technical difficulties occur. There should be some sort of onsite (GMAC™) support that would allow you to input a code that the Examity team could provide so that you would not have to wait an indeterminate length of time just to hear back from GMAC™. You know, put the code in, get the voucher automatically, reschedule. How hard would that be for some tech-minded person or team to implement? Right now, it seems as if the left hand is not talking to the right, and I think GMAC™ just wants COVID and, by extension, the Online Exam, to go away, but wishful thinking is not helping anything or anyone in the meantime.

Pardon the rant. I just know how upset I would be if I had invested months of prep work for nothing more than a SNAFU. Good luck rescheduling, Dheenavel.

I had scheduled my GMAT online on 24th of July 2021 at 8 Am IST.
The exam started at 7:45 am and everything went well for quite sometime.
I was informed about the instructions for the test and proctor put the password and launched the
exam. I was happy to see that ES Secure browser launched successfully( I was hearing some issues with that) .
But , the moment I selected my section order and click to launch the test.
The examity platform throwed the error message "The Exam could not load the page" .
The proctor tried something for about 30 mins and then few more proctors and technical support team joined
and tried for another 1 hr. It was around 9:30 am then and proctor told that there is nothing further could be done
and I was asked to reschedule by contacting with examity support. They also told that the exam would be marked 'incomplete'.

On Contacting the examity team , they told that they could not do anything about rescheduling the exam and adviced me to
contact the GMAC support . Having mailed them(GMAC support) , here I am writing my first GMAT online experience .
Also , I had scheduled my GMAT exam (test center) prior to this on 17th of July 2021 and that was cancelled as well for due to
COVID restrictions in India .

Please let me know if I need to do something else about this ?
Also, fellow members please do share their GMAT online experience if they encountered any such issues and how did they avoid it.
This will help me to be more prepared the next time.

Hello! I just had a similar experience and my exam was marked incomplete. Did GMAC respond to you and reschedule your exam? I have written to them too. So upset and bummed.

Yes, I received a response after after a month , which is nowhere close to '2 Business days ' KPI which they ensure.
I know they mention that due to Covid they might take more business days but 30+ days is not acceptable (At least according to me !! ) .
As bb pointed out , They gave a Voucher that can be used to schedule a exam.
Help in need is a help indeed . But , Certainly the time the GMAC took to reply wasn't the timely and hence wasn't a help provided in the time of need .

Today i scheduled my exam and faced a similar error , i dont know when will they reply to my email back , because i really want to give the exam online ... :(
For an exam thats costs so much, this is the least they could do , i mean i get it now its more about profit making , but my god atleast don't hamper the quality .
