I had scheduled my GMAT online on 24th of July 2021 at 8 Am IST.
The exam started at 7:45 am and everything went well for quite sometime.
I was informed about the instructions for the test and proctor put the password and launched the
exam. I was happy to see that ES Secure browser launched successfully( I was hearing some issues with that) .
But , the moment I selected my section order and click to launch the test.
The examity platform throwed the error message "The Exam could not load the page" .
The proctor tried something for about 30 mins and then few more proctors and technical support team joined
and tried for another 1 hr. It was around 9:30 am then and proctor told that there is nothing further could be done
and I was asked to reschedule by contacting with examity support. They also told that the exam would be marked 'incomplete'.
On Contacting the examity team , they told that they could not do anything about rescheduling the exam and adviced me to
contact the GMAC support . Having mailed them(GMAC support) , here I am writing my first GMAT online experience .
Also , I had scheduled my GMAT exam (test center) prior to this on 17th of July 2021 and that was cancelled as well for due to
COVID restrictions in India .
Please let me know if I need to do something else about this ?
Also, fellow members please do share their GMAT online experience if they encountered any such issues and how did they avoid it.
This will help me to be more prepared the next time.
