Hi Saket- the questions are the usual walk me through the resume and then get deeper based on the responses. Be prepared with a plan b answer and a challenge you faced at workplace. What you do and don’t like about current job and perhaps your own strengths and weaknesses.

Had a 50-55 minute interview today with an admissions committee member. Blind as in they haven’t read the rest of the app, just have your resume. I was asked about an in-depth overview of my career history, short and long term goals, what I’m looking for from the MBA, leadership strengths, an area I could improve in, how my peers would describe me, my greatest career accomplishment, a time when I worked with different people, what I like about working in a team, any challenges I foresee in attending next year, how I’d contribute to campus, etc. I asked 3-4 questions as well.
