I would not advise contacting them.
Remember that they have been doing this for a LONG time and it simply takes a lot of time for them to find matches for thousands of applicants. Several applicants are ultimately not going to be matched, and that's OK. They will let those applicants know, and they know it is not the applicant's fault if they can't match that person with someone. So even though it's hard, please don't stress about it!

I also sent my TOEFL score over a month ago and it still shows as "awaiting" on the portal... Anyone else had this issue?
Hi, quick question - does the same advice apply for people who haven't even got the opportunity to schedule an interview? My portal basically hasn't changed since I submitted the application. At this point I'm assuming this is a rejection? Thanks!
