My timeline is as follows:
Submit Application on Sep 20
Status changed to "Incomplete" in Portal on Oct 20
Emailed them back to update with my Certificate Degree on Oct 20
Received Reply from Adcom and status changed to "Under Review" on Oct 21
Status changed in Portal to "Schedule Interview" on Oct 31 (PST time)
Interview invite via email not yet sent as of now
