So I have received an admission from Rotman, but dont know if the scholarship amount is on the lower side or higher side or just average.
I have been offered:
Reunite Rotman School of Management Scholarship of $2,000*
Entrance Award of $28,000 (not sure how high does this go but assume it does given my low score)
Financing is one of my main challenges atm.
1. Is there a chance they can reconsider or increase the amount?
2. What's the higher side offered to Indian candidates, anyone?
3. Can I ask them to extend the deadline by 2 weeks as they have asked me to confirm by March 13 (1 month away) and I want to see all my options before deciding?
4. Would it be possible to defer my admission to next year or would they want me to reapply?
I am happy to help and guide folks here who are still figuring things out

for no.2, I think Rotman scholarships are more of an "encouragement" thing meaning they may give scholarships to more admits than say US schools but the average amount is not very big - even if you have 770GMAT they are not likely to offer half or full tuition. From what I can see from the Gmatclub decision tracker and ClearAdmit numbers, most Rotman scholarships fall in the 20-50k range and 20, 30, 35 are the most common numbers.
