Hi,
Here is what’s working - strong academics + ZS is a great company and experience as Associate Consultant will make a difference to the application + extracurriculars.
Target GMAT - 685+. That said, how you present your profile through composite application elements will have a say in the admit process and GMAT competitiveness.
Areas to be aware of - You have recently shifted to FanCode. Seeking LORs from here may not add value. Seeking them from ZS makes more sense. You will need to explain this choice in the application if you do go ahead with this strategy. Additionally, showing substantial involvement in current position may be challenging and you will again have to rely on ZS experience. You didn’t mention your role here as well. Reason for this transition should be portrayed with clarity.
I am not sure how far your goals align with your exposure so far. Also, immediate (post-MBA/short-term goals are not mentioned. Work on this aspect with more thought.

exdentio - your undergrad pedigree/ GPA and work-ex present strong angles.
Given the competitive pool at ISB, aim for a 675-685+ GMAT to increase your chances. Your short-term goal isn't clear, but at this point, GMAT should be your priority.
