Two weeks until the EA crowd gets decisions.... The days seem to be CRAWLING now....
I can barely stand it.
Who here is EA besides me? I think Domo, NYCFinanceGuy... others?
I'm EA and a reapplicant from last year. Was waitlisted last year.
Same here! Felt your pain last year, Ward... If people think waiting for decisions is hard, they do not know how painful it is to be waitlisted, especially at Tuck, where you have to wait at least until May or June. Not to worry, this is our time!!!

I really hope so too. After six waitlists (five last year + 1 this year), I feel like I'm due.
I believe that the Tuck adcom calls the admitted students to inform them about the decision. Right? Just got a little confused reading the email.

That's correct. However everyone's decision will be visible at 5PM EST on the website. I did a post awhile ago on what gmatclub EA applicants were notified the day before.

Anyone know if admitted applicants located in Europe might get calls on the 17th or if that is generally only for applicants from or living in Asia due to the nature of the time difference.

I was also curious about when these calls go out and who they were calling. I did a little research on last year's thread and here are the results (source):

6 days left! (hopefully only 5) This wait is killing me
In the meantime though, this is a question I've been wondering about for awhile (and not specific to Tuck) Do you guys think that its easier to get an acceptance if you went to undergrad in the same place?

It is significantly harder to get into my undergraduate university today. I'm just happy I got in when I did!

Well, top schools give slight advantage to applicants who went to a top undergraduate institution, and if you are applying to a top business school and you went there for undergrad as well, chances are that you went to a top undergraduate institution .
