oh wow. amazing acceptance rate for GMAT Club members. For those who haven't heard back yet, my co-worker got his call at around 4pm ET (he had absolutely given up hope, and was shocked to get the call - he is based in Houston). It's not over until it's over.

Is no one else bothered by the fact that hailmary's co-worker has a time-turner? I mean it's not 4pm ET yet...

I think this was referring to last year, or at least application cycle.

Really sorry for my confusing statement. This was in March (class of 2015) and R2.

there was a guy on last years thread who also got a call at 4:30 EST (east coast), so obviously I have some hope, but last year they started calling late in the day. I have pretty much given up for an admit, just because no one has report an admit during past 1.5 hours.

Congrats on Yale, though!

I seem to be a ding from Kellogg and Tuck today. A glass of wine when I get home and life will go on..

Thanks man. Even though Tuck was my top choice and I spent so much time on it (multiple visits), I felt I just didn't do enough or maybe it was my GMAT score.

Good Luck during the next 59 minutes and at other schools.

Is this a general question or you know that you're wait listed?

To those accepted thus far: Congrats and welcome to the T'16 class! We cant wait to meet you at ASW in April and on campus next Fall. To those still waiting: keep the faith - 5pm really does mean 5pm, so hang in there; it's still possible. Best of luck!

looks like a no-go from Tuck for me. Now I have a really tough decision to make...whether I accept Stern's generous offer (although I don't really love Stern) or turn them down and try Tuck again next year (the only school I REALLY liked). Next year feels so far away, and it's tough to think about going through this roller coaster again.

(this is assuming I don't get waitlisted)

Looks like my one school strategy did not pan out. Lesson learned. Now thinking about R2'ing or waiting until next year...

Any idea on what amount of scholarships were given out? I don't recall any reference to scholarship by the person who had called me, so am guessing i didn't receive any.

Actually male with a K in my name. Probably should have thought my username through better. Better thinkers would have gotten a call by now. :)

Good catch with Kate.

P.S. K8, you can change your username here if you would like to: ucp.php?i=profile&mode=reg_details though I don't think we allow the sexy 2-letter names any longer
