Hi everyone.

i am currently studying from powerscore CR and I am quite comfortable with the book. drills and problem sets are also going good, but whenevr I try to take up topicwise questions from gmat club(600-700), I am unable to get any correct answer.

wondering why is that happening? can someone please guide me. its freaking me out!

How long have you prepared for GMAT? Did you take any CAT to estimate your score? If you have started study GMAT recently, then I think that it would take you a certain time to get familiar with the concept of CR question.

In case that you find difficult with 600-700 level questions, why don't you try sub-600 level questions? It would help you anyway.

In totality is been over a month, but CR I have started last week only.
I am able to solve some 700 plus questions though, I took a diagnostic test(initially) and a veritas test(Q43, V25), that was before I started preparing for verbal.
yeah I think it requires detail reading of an argument, which I am not doing properly.

First of all, you need to trust the book you are preparing from. Powerscore writes THE BEST Book for CR not just for GMAT but also for LSAT. So, follow all the tips and advises written in the book religiously.

As far as questions on gmatclub are concerned, there are a lot of questions posted in here are from non-official sources. So, solve the questions only from the reliable sources. Reliable sources - Official questions, Manhattan questions, Veritas Questions, and Kaplan Questions. You do not need to solve the questions from any other source. As a matter of fact, you don't need to solve any question other than Official but many a times it is not possible to filter them. There is 1 more thing i'd suggest to boost up the CR - Identify the conclusion in the Argument. This identification makes a lot of CR questions easy.
