It does not mean that you are what you score - great people have been admitted with lower scores who have been able to communicate their greatness well (so don't incorrectly assume you will get the best case scenario unless you are a great writer and a great interviewer. Also, if you think you are great but not using other people such as alums, students, or consultants, then I would definitely not assume you can exceed and succeed while applying with below average score, though of course nobody is stopping you from paying the application fee).
Anyway, based on that table, your score fits around Top 40 and above. There are some great and well-known programs there. I would suggest choosing ones that you feel drawn to, that are close to any support network you may have in the country you are applying to be that US or Europe or Canada.
