Hi
APerez114,
Happy to help with your questions.
First, I would make sure to spend time thinking carefully about your goals. If your goal is IB, then you could be fine just doing the MBA degree only and vice versa, if your goal is Big Law, then you could just do the JD. If you want to leave your options open, then I can see the value of both.
Next, your questions...
1) Are my non-US LLB and MSc GPAs reportable? I think they are equivalent to 3.5 and 3.3 (USA System -not 100% sure-) / 2:1 (UK System)
Yes, you will provide your transcripts and should not need to convert them. Schools here are well versed in reviewing transcripts from other countries. Though the conversion can be helpful to show you where you stack up compared to other applicants. 2) What are my chances for MBA or JD/MBA Programmes at Harvard-Stanford-Pennsylvania-Nortwestern-Chicago-Columbia-Cornell-Duke with this background? Haven't taken GMAT yet, but which should be at least my minimun score to be a good and realistic candidate for these schools?
I think some of these schools are doable, with Harvard and Stanford being the hardest on your list (on both the MBA and JD side). GMAT will give you a good indicator of how you measure up. I would aim for 710-730 range. Not as many applicants from South America, so that should ease a bit of pressure from your test score. 3) What other options should I consider if my profile isn't enough for the universities mentioned?
I think you have a pretty good list. You could add NYU, UCLA if you want to be in a big city/market, or for something safer Georgetown perhaps? 4) What are my chances of obtaining a scholarship?
This could be pretty dependent on your GMAT score, so it's hard to say.
Hope this helps!

H!
I'm South American (think Uruguay/Chile/Brazil/Argentina) with an LLB from my country and currently pursuing an MSc in Finance from my country, too.
Work:
I have 2 years of experience as junior associate in a Top National Law Firm and want to break in US IB or Big Law by doing an MBA or a JD/MBA. I also worked nine months in two different counties in law related jobs while doing undergrad and MSc International Exchanges and six months in an internship at a local court. Now I'll spend a year working on consulting in my country in a middle size and not well known firm while I send my MBA or JD/MBA applications and wait for the results.
Extracurriculars:
I had been in two student associations during the LLB, did an exchange program in an important university (think Australia, NZ, Netherlands, Singapore), been a teacher assistant in one undergrad subject and took an additional law diploma during undergrad in a topic related to Technology Law.
I also did another exchange program during the MSc in a great university (think France, Denmark)
My questions:
1) Are my non-US LLB and MSc GPAs reportable? I think they are equivalent to 3.5 and 3.3 (USA System -not 100% sure-) / 2:1 (UK System)
3) What other options should I consider if my profile isn't enough for the universities mentioned?
4) What are my chances of obtaining a scholarship?
Thanks a lot!
