Welcome to the GMAT Club Angelino!
I have lived all over the LA, Valley, and the beach cities in my 8 years in LA.
The entertainment industry is all about networking as you know better than anyone of us here. USC does have a great film program... would that help you enough and make enough of a difference? Also, is it kind of odd to do an online program that's in the city you live in? (I guess not unreasonable in the current situation but still, usually the online program is not a traditional approach per se). My biggest concern would be you trying to leverage the network and then folks questioning its validity; it may potentially a back fire if you get in touch with some from USC and then have to admit you did the online program while they did the Film school or in person MBA... there is a bit of a stigma about online programs. (again, may change).
I honestly can't tell if that extra $40K would have a pay back. Kelley seems like the more solid, inexpensive, and reasonable choice, unless you think the USC name will help enough. And if the MBA can be leveraged without any strings in your company and you are just trying to see for options outsdie of entertainment industry, then definitely Kelley.

Hello Everyone,
I have been accepted to both Marshall’s (USC) and Kelley’s (Indiana University) online MBA programs. I work in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles and the USC network dominates the entertainment industry.
However there is a significant cost difference between the two for me. I am coming from sales and my career goal is to work in strategic planning. I plan to stay on with the same company but I want an MBA I can take across the US in case I ever decide to leave the entertainment industry.
Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Total Cost after company contribution:
IU - 30K
USC - 70K
