First off, I understand that you are trying to help many students with such an offer and also place your product in the market where new GMAT aspirants get familiar with your platform.
I am one of them who got the access code. I even had a small chat with you guys over messages over a certain period of time.
Although, I never got a chance to login to your platform, but I was still very much impressed by the information you guys provided me with. I was really looking forward to join you guys and begin my GMAT journey with you <since a couple of friends also recommended me too>
But then I login to GMATclub this month,all ready to start my journey and do some research work, I relaise that the coupon code I received won't work anymore. Although I had a chat with you before, where you told me you will help me out if I face any issue. I droppd you a message asking a couple of questions and I recieved none of the answers. <Only that offer has ended>
It is okay, I get it. I will try something else and see what works out for me.
But don't you think GIVING A 24 HOUR MARGIN to people before you shut down all the codes is a little weird and not a very good idea.
I mean I am one of those who already had the code. :-/
I am a little sad about this whole deal. And I will look into other options for my prep.
No hard feelings from my side but I was disappointed, to be honest.
