First of all I want to point out the obvious -- that you are part of a very competitive demographic so every aspect of your candidacy has to be outstanding -- especially for HBS, Stanford and Wharton. Based on what you present here, your chances of getting into one of these programs is low; but if you want to give it a chance, you have to submit an outstanding application with compelling essays, recommendations, resume and interview.
For the other schools on your list, you should be a much more competitive applicant -- however, i want to emphasize again with an outstanding application. If you can (and you still have time to) look for some more volunteer experience as schools very much value this. I might also recommend re-taking the GMAT if your score in not well balanced between verbal and quant. Lastly, I would recommend submitting your application R1 (think it makes a difference for foreign applicants).
I recommend that you contact our office and have our Lead Admissions Consultant give you a candidacy assessment.
Good luck.
