Hi guys,
I got admitted to Sloan and CBS. I have been more passionate about Sloan, but right now I am not sure which one to choose from. My fiancee is in NYC so that is another factor that makes CBS such a good option for me. Any insights?
Community: Sloan is the best as per me.
I visited Sloan twice and loved the people there. It one of the most friendly schools I have experienced. The community there is simply awesome.
I attended CBS events too and admission officers and students were friendly as well.
Post MBA opportunities: Confused
I want to go be an EdTech entrepreneur. Back up is to go to MBB consulting or go back to tech. ( I am from tech background)
For EdTech I felt Sloan has more opportunities and existing infrastructure. CBS has great resources for entrepreneurship as well. So, confused.
For MBB consulting don't know which one will be better.
Personal: My wife will be in NYC so definitely CBS will be more convenient.

So you want us to come up with 5 compelling reasons to tell your fiancé why you are going to have fun in Boston for 2 years? 
Sloan:
1. Internationally MIT is a stronger name, much stronger.
2. Sloan seems to have a tight alum network
3. Your goals seem to align nicely
CBS:
1. The school to go to in NYC. If you are going to stay there then may as well.
2. It will be cheaper
3. Yes Dear.
PS. You will need to choose the program together. Lots of situations and examples of couples deciding and it is much much better if you can work it out upfront.

What @bb said. Your heart seems to be with Sloan, but this is a decision between the two of you. At the end of the day Boston-NYC isn't too far and a ton of couples make it work for bschool and otherwise but both of you have to be ok with that.
