HEC Paris vs Manchester MBA($) for non french speaker
I am in consulting currently and either want to join industry or remain in consulting...in europe or middle east..
Looking into the 2 year visa UK is giving...what do you guys think...as HEC has an exceptional brand name but french is a challenge

Unless there's a major personal reason for going to Manchester, choose HEC Paris. The HEC Paris program is well regarded and the alumni network, especially in Europe, is extremely robust. HEC Paris is strong in industry as well.
I wouldn't worry too much about the French part. You can learn before and during the course, and if your French still isn't great by graduation, you can look at jobs in the Netherlands or some areas of Germany where they don't require a local language.
If you haven't done so already, I'd definitely recommend reaching out to alumni from both schools in sectors that you're interested in and ask them about their experience.
