200 pounds every 15 minutes
800 pounds every 1 HR

Range = between 3 and 4 hours -> 2400 pounds to 3200 pounds

1 - Yes
2 - Yes
3 - Yes; if it halts right at 4:00 this would be true.

Answer IMO: E

IMO B .

3 -> 4 it stops for some time
. that some time may be 10 mins or 15 mins or full one hour
so we get values >=2400 and less than 3200. ( it has stopped for some time so it will definitely not reach 3200)

Only B will satisfy this .

If there is no halt of work between 3-4 then the ans could be 3200, 2732, 2400. But Since we know work was halted in this time span we can eliminate 3200 . We are left with 2400 and 2733. Hence IMO B

I agree with this answer but the OA is E.
Bunuel can you explain why E?
