When the product of the digits of the two-digit positive integer \(x\) is \(3\), what is the value of \(x\)?
(1) \(x\) is greater than \(30\).
(2) The tens digit of \(x\) is greater than the units digit of \(x\).

Statement 1 says . x is > 30 .
=> x is 31
Sufficient
Statement 2 says , tens digit is greater than units digit .
=> x is 31

From the question stem x can be either 13 or 31.
1) x is greater than 30. So x is 31. SUFFICIENT
2) The tens digit of x is greater than the units digit of x. This is possible only when x is 31. SUFFICIENT.
