cautiousoptimist nope nothing from admissions. I'm thinking that they are dealing with a million different things and the waitlist may not be #1 priority. Has anyone had any luck getting admissions to take a call or set up a zoom? I haven't even asked for one, but I'm wondering if anyone on the waitlist has?
(Their waitlist directions say they don't give individual feedback, BUT I've also heard of candidates being successful in getting a phone call with Mr. William Houder, in previous years).

What are everyone's plans after seeing William's email? Staying on the waitlist until August? I am surprised there is so little activity on this thread :O

I am also surprised by the lack of activity on here. Perhaps we're the last 2 holding onto hope  or that haven't been addmited :( . I figured that the waitlist would go up until they fill the class, and based on what I've heard, it's not unusual for them to keep it open up until the school year starts.

Hi! Just got waitlisted in round 3, definitely have some mixed feelings and curious to know how WL applicants in different rounds fare?

Did you interview or just get waitlisted?

Is the Wharton waitlist moving at all? They are giving international students the option to defer I think so I'd imagine it will be moving extensively but maybe by August?

No news so far... not sure how many days or weeks they will provide for accepted students from the waitlist to complete the enrollment but seems it is getting tight..

Just got in off of the waitlist, call at 10:40AM EST. On ClearAdmit it looks like a few others got in as well, good luck to everybody else!

congrats, exciting that at least there is some movement on the WL!

I just want a yes/no at this point so I can move on.

For those that have sent updates, have you followed up to confirm they have received them? I have sent a few updates since March, and only received one auto-response confirmation from them. I don't want to be annoying, but I also put a lot of time and effort into these updates and would hate for them to get lost.

Anyone have any advice?

You only get one confirmation - as evidenced below

In the initial waitlist email:

““What happens after I submit my additional materials?”
Due to the volume of emails MBA Admissions receives, we cannot guarantee an immediate response or confirmation. Therefore, the mba-waitlist@wharton.upenn.edu email account has an Out of Office Assistant enabled. Candidates will only receive one Out of Office reply/confirmation. Future correspondence will not result in an Out of Office confirmation; however, please rest assured, the MBA Admissions Office did receive your update, and our team will process your update in a timely manner.

On other forums; SF starting Aug 9th 100% online and tuition is due on Aug 31st. This doesn’t really help Waitlisted candidates. Anyone knows when is the deadline for tuition for Phili.?

EMBAADDMISSION thanks for the update. Yeah, I dont have any hope. Are they giving any discount on Tuition btw now that it's completely online (and they probably wont have bear expenses such as booking hotel rooms for students and providing lunch etc and even flying faculty from Philly)?

Definitely; the chances for anyone on the waiting list to get an acceptance at this point is very low. Would be helpful if they can provide a timeline for making a decision. I’m not aware of any discounts given the switch to virtual classes.

Hope we receive an update next week.

I'm still holding onto hope. If we don't hear back by early next week, I would say it's time to move on. I read on ClearAdmit that admissions is asking those offered admission from the WL on July 13th to respond with their decision by July 27th. Thinking there may be a few more admitted week of 7/27.

The waiting has been brutal. Anyone else putting off moving forward with another program until you hear from Wharton?
