Hard to say. 6.5/10 is not great; do you have a good reason? Was it all those internships? Would strive for 710 GMAT at least for INSEAD.
I feel the criteria is helpful:

academics (gpa bad, but GMAT - ?)

leadership - not sure, what kind of impact have you made in these internship roles and at work? The startup? This could be good and key to your candidacy but not sure really

contribution - I like that you have ECs in your profile but not sure the impact you made yet; can also think about the contribution you could make based on your startup experience, work experience - you could be among the most entrepreneurially experienced applicants and could leverage that but research how and how the class would benefit.

International orientation - well this is kind of a zero and honestly its kind of a big deal for INSEAD and LBS as I mentioned in my initial reply.

In some ways I think you should focus on HEC (Station F) and also apply to IESE.
All European programs are internationally oriented but INSEAD/LBS fanatically so. Do you speak a third language for INSEAD at a basic level?

I'm sorry I forgot to mention that I'm targetting MIM and not MBA at these colleges.
MBAPrepCoach
What I think would be the best course of action would be for you to go for an MIM because you honestly do not stand a chance with these programs with 3 months of post MBA work exp.

For all 3 programs, they really prefer those with 5 years work experience minimum. The GMAT scores are lower for European programs but they like seasoned applicants. The average age at HEC is 31.

I'm wondering why you might be targeting these schools, because LBS and INSEAD are "UN style" programs where its kind of important to have international shiz going on in your profile and also part of your goals.

Hi, thank you so much for replying. Yes, the low cgpa was due to the other things I was working on - internships and startup. Regarding the impact i had at internships, I have been offered full time opportunities at every internship I have done (4 of them). And concerning the startup, it was the first Ecom startup that offered 3d personalization in live website across hundreds of products. Had to discontinue it though because ran out of money to scale it and sales were slow due to covid. If this helps, I'm the only guy placed at Flipkart for this management role. And yes, I do speak three languages fluently (can write too).
And regarding international experience, I have worked at a UAE startup as an intern, does that count? The teammates were Indians though. Does this make a lot of difference in my profile? Any way I can make up for this?
And thanks, I'll aim for 720 in the GMAT.
Also, I'm mainly aiming for HEC Paris and INSEAD France. Kindly let me know my chances/what I can do to make them better.
Thanks again!

Hi red769 hope this finds you in good health

Decent profile overall. As mentioned in the previous comments, INSEAD and LBS are in a way obsessed with the international aspect unless the applicant has some other striking achievement, for example, entrepreneurial experience or founding a start-up. But the schools also understand that young graduates may not have the right type of international opportunities that can be categorized under the more conventional international experience bucket. Therefore you should try to do best with your experience of working at the MNC and the foreign company, drawing on insights around cultural diversity. Having done 2 stints at Indian startups, you definitely have an edge. With a really good application, HEC Paris MiM seems like a realistic option. Give your best shot anyway.

Feel free to reach out should you need professional guidance.

Hello red769,

Hope this finds you well.

With your low undergrad and GPA, you definitely need to target a higher GMAT score (preferably 740+). INSEAD does value entrepreneurial experience but the spike in GMAT is essential still.

Rest, a lot depends on how well you portray your achievements and link the same with what you wish to do post-MiM. Unfortunately, details pertaining to the same are not available in your query.

Good luck!
