Sorry I am unable to see the question properly on my handheld... but from what I could comprehend it must be option E... since (x^m)^n = x^mn (in this case m=3 and n = 2) and 5^3 x 5^4 = 5^3+4 = 5^7

I placed some brackets around 5^3 to avoid ambiguity...

A.x^9 + 5^7
B.x^9 + 25^7
C.x^6 + 25^7
D.x^6 + 25^7
E.x^6 + 5^7

(x^3)^2 = x^6 (power of a power law)
(5^3)(5^4) = 5^7 (product law)

So, (x^3)^2 + (5^3)(5^4) = x^6 + 5^7
Answer: E
