I just did mine, and I'd say it went neutral. I don't consider myself a great interviewer, mainly because I've been at one place my entire career and just haven't had to practice. The video aspect was more awkward than an in person, for sure. I also had lots of technical issues through the practices, with everything just freezing up and crashing, so that definitely added an extra layer of anxiety to the process. The idea of speaking to a screen instead of a person and having a countdown in front of you just felt cold.
I'd say the questions were pretty straight forward. Two were pretty typical job interview questions. One of those was arguable too open ended for the 90s cutoff. The third was actually a pretty interesting thought question, and my favorite of the three by far. I think they should have done them all in that style, and saved the standard interview questions for the actual interview.
Overall, it could have been better but it could have been worse and I'm glad it's out of the way. Really hoping for an interview invite.
