Please dress appropriately. If you read Bruce's recent blog on video questions, he mentioned "Please dress appropriately". I recently did that for my Kellogg video essay (I know, it feels funny talking to a webcam, all dressed up with loads of makeup)
I also think it's better to dress up to be on the safe side. I did my video interviews after I got home from work so I wore what I had worn to work that day (my workplace's quite formal). Just had to touch up my make up & adjusted the room's lighting

I did it in the office after work, so pretty "appropriate" dressing.
But I did not wear makeup.
By the way, IF being invited to interview, either face to face or via Skype, are we (ladies) expected to wear makeup? (I seldom to that.. look weird with makeup on my face..)
